Our Meet the Maker this month is Jordan Jones of Packed Party. This exciting company has made its way into Paper Source stores, and we are thrilled to carry some exclusive Packed Party llama pouches, duffel bags and disco tumblers! We chatted with the founder, Jordan, about how she started the company, where she gets her inspiration, and what happens with all of that confetti!
As we kick off Mother’s Day weekend, we wanted to celebrate all of the mom figures in our lives by shining a light on everything we’re grateful for that they’ve done. With our #PSThanksMom campaign, we reflect on why we’re thankful for our moms and the lessons they’ve taught us along the way.
Here at Paper Source HQ, our employees took the time to write their own messages to their mom, sharing the wisdom they’ve imparted on them and the impact they’ve had on their lives. Below are some things we’re thanking mom for.
My mom has the most infectious laugh. Thank you mom for passing on your joy for life!
Mother’s Day is an important holiday to celebrate. It’s the perfect time to praise the strong, loving women in our lives. This year, we wanted to highlight some of the exceptional ladies at Paper Source who define the term, Mom Boss. These women have two full time jobs – Paper Source and being a mom.
We interviewed a few of these ladies to find out what it’s like to be a working mom. Here is the advice they have on keeping it all together…
As we head into the spring season and approach Mother’s Day, we wanted to feature one of our favorite mom bosses. Ebony Snow Hurr is the founder and creative director of Snow & Graham, a company that has long been a staple at Paper Source with their beautiful line of papers, stationery and calendars. Born into a family of artist and entrepreneurs starting her own business was seemingly inevitable. Over the past 20 years, Ebony has nurtured her brand and her family of three boys with a creative and industrious spirit. We chatted with Ebony about what it’s like to be a working mom, inspiration from generations before her and her favorite mom moments.
A few weeks ago, a group of Chicago tweens joined us in our offices for a fun day of crafting Valentines! We were blown away by their creativity and their ability to make crafting a social, yet personal, experience.
We want to start this year off right by committing to a resolution that is sweet and simple. At Paper Source, we want to strive to make little changes to share love and kindness everyday. As a part of our #PSBeeKind Campaign, we believe that simple acts of kindness and a little bit of sweetness can go a long way!
