You’ll cheer for this festive how-to. Use these tissue pom poms for your 4th of July celebration or change colors for your own special event.

Materials Needed:

• Tassel Garland How To
• Silver, Red, White & Night tissue paper
• Scissors
• Cutting Mat and Craft Knife
• Ruler
• Silver Cord

Instructions:

• (A). Open up one sheet of tissue and fold in half as shown in the PDF
• (B). With tissue folded in half, make 1/4″ cuts with scissors or a ruler and craft knife through both layers, stopping about 3″ short of the fold
• (C). Once all fringe is cut, open up sheet of tissue and rotate sheet
• (D). Carefully roll tissue tightly from bottom to top, making sure the fringe does not become tangled as you roll. Fold rolled tissue in half and twist center leaving a loop for hanging. String tassels onto silver cord and hang
