Our Paper Source team is so excited to be unveiling our 2017 Wedding Collection! This year, we did things a little differently for our collection than we have in past years. Along with releasing our collection earlier than ever before, we also took a different approach to the design process that led to a unique collection of wedding invites that will make you fall in love all over again.
We know that your wedding invitations set the tone for the entire wedding, so they must match your personality and style. Generic wedding invitations lack the ability to embody each unique couple. This inspired us to design wedding invitations that fit the many personalities and lifestyles of our customers that may not be finding the specific style of invites they desire.
We approached our design process by first looking at what was missing from our designs and identified new styles that we wanted to focus on. We created groups of customer personalities that range from very traditional to more unexpected, to ensure the suites can speak to every customer. From there, our 2017 Wedding Collection was born, full of beautiful designs that fit a spectrum of customer profiles. These new themes provide a great jumping off point in designing your wedding aesthetic.
Classic
One can never go wrong with a simplistic and elegant wedding invite. We felt today’s couple would appreciate classic wedding invitations with updated designs.
The designs are clean and effortless, yet there are still a wide variety of options. Our Calligraphy and Chateau styles are just a couple examples from our 2017 collection that we believe to be timeless.
Romantic
These romantic designs will have your guests in awe even before seeing you walk down the aisle. Invitations adorned with elegant typography and designs are perfect for encapsulating the romance of the occasion.
Our Gilded Marble design manages to be both polished and abstract. This beautiful marble design was made by adding hints of gold foil which adds a touch of elegance to the invites that is not something every vendor can accomplish.
The title of our Love Letter design says it all. Accompany your poetic wedding announcement with ornate typography. The floral illustration that lines the envelope adds romance to the collection.
Whimsical
For some, a neutral wedding invitation just doesn’t cut it. In a sea of muted wedding invites, make yours pop with rich jewel tones. Whimsical typesetting is paired with luxurious colors. Add an element of magic to your wedding with these gorgeous cards.
The bold, bright tones in our Emerald and Sapphire designs will enchant guests. These dreamy invitations take elegance to the next level by adding a whimsical twist.
Floral
We are swooning over these hand-illustrated floral designs. Bring the beauty of your wedding into full bloom with delicate floral patterns and prints. All the designs were created in-house by the design team from original sketches and are therefore completely unique from any other vendor. Our floral designs were created from a range of materials such as gauche paint, pen and ink, and charcoal pencil, which ensures that there is a design in our collection for flower lovers of any taste.
Our Topiary design incorporates foil into lovely flower prints, resulting in charming invitations.
Our collection also includes colorful blossoms that are perfect for a bohemian summer wedding. Wildflower, while soft and elegant, includes vibrant colors that will have you dreaming of frolicking in a field of flowers.
Modern
Stay on trend with modern invitations and cards. We combined painterly designs with modern typesetting to create invitations that are stylish and fun. Bright colors and interesting prints are the perfect way to add some verve into your wedding aesthetic.
Our Studio and Sunrise designs spruce up the collection with an artful and trendy vibe. These suites were painted in watercolors and acrylics by our Chicago design team.
