Note: Shipping prices do not include book board and other heavy and/or especially large items. If these items are on your order, we will contact you with the revised shipping charge for your approval prior to shipping your order.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order is submitted, not including custom orders. Orders with priority shipping will be processed on the same day if received by 1pm CST (excludes weekends and holidays). Priority shipping options for custom orders apply to transit time only. Production time cannot be expedited.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you can expect the following transit times for delivery within the contiguous United States (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays):
Standard: 7-10 business days, depending on your shipping address, within the contiguous United States. Transit times will be longer for addresses outside the contiguous United States (i.e., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico*). Initial pick-up and tracking services are provided by FedEx, however packages will be transferred to the United States Postal Service for final delivery. FedEx Standard deliveries are usually made Tuesday through Saturday.
Ground: 1-5 business days within the contiguous United States; 3-7 business days to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. FedEx Ground deliveries are usually made Tuesday through Friday, before the close of business.
2nd Day: placed by 1pm CST (Monday through Friday) will be delivered in 2 business days. Expedited shipping for orders with custom printed items will decrease ship time, but will not decrease production time.
Next Day: placed by 1pm CST (Monday through Friday) will be delivered in 1 business day. Expedited shipping for orders with custom printed items will decrease ship time, but will not decrease production time.
*Note: Domestic orders shipping outside the contiguous United States (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska) take up to 15 business days with Standard shipping. Next Day and 2 Day shipments to remote areas may also take additional shipping time.
Saturday delivery can be arranged for Next Day orders shipping out on Friday by contacting Customer Service via phone immediately after placing your order. There will be a $12 upgrade fee applied to your order for this service. Your request must be received and confirmed by 1pm CST. If you do not notify us immediately after placing your order, we may be unable to arrange Saturday delivery.
You will receive an email the day your order is shipped which will include tracking information. We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.
Signature may be required for delivery of custom orders. Please take this into consideration when selecting a ship-to address for your package. For residential deliveries that require signature, you can leave instructions for the driver if no one will be home. For example, you can ask that it be delivered to a neighbor who will be home.
Orders shipping P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Please enter only one "ship to" address (P.O. Box or street address) to prevent shipping errors. Custom products like embossers, stamps, napkins and placemats cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Other custom products may require additional processing time (up to 5 business days) when shipped to a P.O. Box.
Gift cards are shipped at no charge provided rush delivery is not required.
We will ship back ordered items when available. You will incur no additional shipping charges for the separate shipment of back ordered items. Please see our back order policy for further details.
Our custom stamps, embossers and select custom print orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items other than custom rubber stamps and embossers that are included on your order will ship separately from warehouse. You will incur no additional shipping charges for the separate shipment.
