DIY Moments: Vol. 16 No. 1
There’s always a sort of pressure leading up to Mother’s Day to get your mom the perfect gift – she’s done so much for you and deserves the best! This year, why not craft your mom something beautiful and sentimental? Here is a picture-perfect handmade gift in 3 easy steps.
What You’ll Need
- 11″ x 14″ White Frame
- 11″ x 17″ Superfine Softwhite Paper (trim to 11″ x 14″)
- Optional: Pennant Hole Punch (you can also use scissors)
- Scissors
- Decorative Paper
- Permanent XL Memory Tape Runner
Step 1
Scale your images down to about 2″ x 3″ and print on 8.5″ x 11″ photo paper.
Step 2
Pennant punch decorative paper and photos.
Step 3
Using the Guillotine Trimmer, trim the 11″ x 17″ paper to 11″ x 14″. Arrange pictures and decorative paper in geometric pattern and adhere with tape runner to the 11″ x 14″ paper.
Step 4
Frame your artwork!
