- Menu: Print a menu sized to 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ – this will fit 2-up on and 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet of text paper. Trim printed menu to 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ and mount onto an A7 flat card. Trim decorative paper to 1 1/2″ x 11″ piece and wrap as sash around the menu. Tie sash with gold cord.
- Place Card: Cut piece of decorative paper 1″ x 3 1/2″. Use super tacky tape to adhere paper over the fold of the place card. Use Uniball gold pen to write a name on the place card.
- Chopstick Sleeve: Trim decorative paper to an 8 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ square. Fold in half diagonally and then open. Turn paper so it is diamond shaped, with fold line vertical. Fold 4 corners into the center of the napkin to form a square. Open the left triangle flap. Fold the right panel in toward the left panel, and then fold the left triangle on top of the left panel. Secure with a small piece of Super tacky tape under the triangle. Tie with gold cord and slide chopsticks inside.
