You’ve signed sealed and delivered your own holiday cards and now it’s time to sit back and relax.  You know how much thought and work goes into getting those holiday cards out the door.  So when the cards from friends and family come flooding into your mailbox, show them off with a fun and festive display.  Here’s a few unique (and easy!) ideas for displaying your holiday cards this year.

Washi tape

Hang your cards up on the wall and use holiday washi tape to create festive frames.  You can also use washi tape to create a Christmas tree on your wall and attach your holiday cards as ornaments.  The possibilities are endless with washi tape and it’s a great temporary decoration because it won’t damage your wall.

Garlands

You can also use garlands to display your cards.  Hang a garland or two along your wall or entry way and use clothespins or paper clips to attach your cards.  We’ve got a great selection of holiday garlands.  Try using the Jingle Bell Garland, the Holiday Felt Pom-Pom or Green Tree Paper Garland Kit!

Twinkle Lights

Make your cards even more merry and bright.  Similar to garlands, you can hang up twinkle lights and attach cards with clothespins.  Our Mini Clothespin String Lights make it easy for you to achieve this.  Or, use the LED Twinkle Lights or Geometric Copper Lights.

Wreath

Turn your cards into a wreath!  Try attaching them to our Merry & Bright Wreath Kit using some double sided tape, or make one from scratch by placing them in festive envelopes and taping them to a Bookboard Wreath Form, and watch your wreath grow as you receive more cards throughout the season. Visit your local store to see our Holiday windows for inspiration!

Don’t let your cards sit on the counter – embrace the holiday cheer and display them using one of these fun techniques!  If you’ve got another fun way to display your cards, we’d love to see them!  Snap a photo and tag us on Instagram.
