    • Ribbon or Twine
    • Paper party flags are an easy and colorful way to decorate for a party!

Step-by-Step

• 1. 1. Create a triangle template from scrap paper, and be sure to add a tab that will fold over the twine.
     2. Trace template onto various decorative papers and cut.
     3. Fold tab of triangle over the ribbon or twine and adhere with tape.
     4. String and have a festive celebration!
