With the fall season approaching, it’s a great time to make some tea, throw on your favorite music, and create beautiful, handwritten notes. Our DIY expert, Rebecca, came up with three fantastic, easy ways to create some exquisite stationery for a birthday card, love letter, note to a friend or thank you note! Only a few supplies are needed to make something special, so unleash your creativity and have fun with it.

Expressive Notes

Expressing yourself is a snap with these typeface stamps that click into place.  Say the word and you’re all but done! Watch a video tutorial on how to make your own Expressive Note Cards!

To start, snap together the PEGZ Letters to spell out any message you would like.

Stamp with quick-drying chalk ink on a 4-bar card.

Add a strip of patterned washi tape to give it a beautiful design.

Make it extra luxe: Stamp a design on the envelope with chalk ink!

Colorful Patterns

Sending a cheerful note for any occasion is easy with this festive stamp set and rainbow ink pad.

Pick a message stamp and a color from the Petal Point Ink Pad.

Stamp your message on the card in the color of your choice.

Select a stamp design and a color(s) from the Petal Point Ink Pad and stamp the rest of the surface.

Artful Lettering

You don’t have to be a pro to get an elegant hand-lettered look: these script sentiment stamps will do it for you! Watch video tutorials on how to DIY Envelope Sealing Wax and  DIY Artful Lettering Note Cards.

Create an expression using the many sentiments from the Avery Elle Sentimental Stamps and compose your message by mounting them to an acrylic block.

Coat with Delicata Ink and stamp on the card.

Crop each corner with a corner rounder.

Make it extra luxe: For a gorgeous finishing touch, add a wax seal to your envelope!

*Did you know you can use rubber stamps as wax seals? Simply coat the stamp with a little bit of oil before use to keep the wax from sticking to the surface.*
