How can a customer make a wedding appointment with Paper Source?
There are two options. Either call or email the store to schedule an appointment, or simply walk in and we’re happy to help.
What can a customer expect when coming in for his/her wedding appointment?
After being greeted by an assigned wedding specialist, they will discuss your vision or ideas that you may have for your invitations. The specialist will show you a plethora of options that fit your vision from the Paper Source brand books and our third party options. The specialist will be able to answer any questions you may have including pricing, design, timelines and etiquette. In addition, the different printing methods, custom design options as well as typestyles, ink colors, motifs and envelope liners will also be discussed. If you fall in love with an invitation that day, we can write up an order, and if you need to see all the available options, we can write up a quote!
Is there anything a customer should bring with him/her to the wedding appointment?
You should bring things that represent your vision or wedding theme such as photographs, bridal vision board, or fabric/color swatches as examples.
How many styles of invitations does Paper Source have?
There are currently 50 unique Paper Source designs in stores with more online!
What can a wedding expert help a customer with?
We can assit with save the date cards, rehearsal dinner and bridal shower invitations, table tents, envelope printing options, etiquette, place cards, wedding programs, menus, thank you notes, personalized stationery, DIY options, tag options and envelope lining options.
What is the timeline like for a customer who comes in looking for wedding invitations?
Traditionally, wedding invitations are mailed two months before the wedding. Turn around time depends on the printing method, but it’s best to order three-four months before the ceremony.

Aside from invitations, what can Paper Source provide to make the wedding day as special as possible?
