Creativity Subscription Terms & Conditions

Please review these Subscription Terms & Conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data, as well as your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms. With regards to GDPR, please refer to our Security & Privacy Policies regarding European Union Privacy Rights.

1. Bi-Monthly Creativity Subscriptions

The Bi-Monthly Creativity Subscription (also referred to as "Subscription," "Box," "Subscription Box," “Creativity Subscription” or "Creativity Subscription Box") ships in February, April, June, August, October and December (bi-monthly, six times year). Each Box contains an assortment of crafting, stationery and activity-based consumer products selected by the Paper Source merchant team. Each Box may not contain all of the said product categories. Paper Source may substitute products of equal or greater value if necessary. If you sign up for a Creativity Subscription, your card will be authorized for $75 once to confirm your card then you will be charged $75 bi-monthly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your Box ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $75 at the time of shipment for each Box (six times a year). Your subscription will automatically renew bi-monthly. Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged, as described above, through the life of your subscription. We do not permit gift cards as a valid form of tender for the Subscription plan due to our ongoing billing cycles and authorizations.

2. Product Descriptions

We try to make the site thorough, accurate, and helpful to our customers. Nonetheless, there may be times when certain information contained on the site may be incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that you use. We apologize in advance for any such errors that may result in an incorrect price, inaccurate description, item unavailability or otherwise affect your order. We reserve the right to correct errors (whether by changing information on the site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or to update product information at any time without notice.

3. Personal Use Only

Products are for your personal use only. You agree not to sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise receive from us in connection with your Subscription. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products to be provided to you that may result in a violation of these Terms, as we determine in our sole discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are bi-monthly and automatically renew. If you'd like to cancel your Subscription after receiving the final Box of your annual commitment, please make sure to do so before the 7th of the month prior to the next installment; otherwise you will be billed for the next box. You will be notified prior to shipment and provided an opportunity to cancel your Subscription by contacting us at customerservice@papersource.com and requesting the cancellation. There are no cancellation fees. We do not place "holds" or "skips" on Subscriptions.

5. Return Policy

All Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of the Box, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email at customerservice@papersource.com within four (4) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Paper Source.

6. Shipping

Paper Source offers free standard U.S. shipping using a carrier of our choice. Your Box may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the Box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing your shipping address. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Subscriptions available to contiguous U.S. addresses only. Subscriptions are not available to be shipped internationally at this time.
