RSVP Card Templates
Below you'll find Word templates to help you print RSVP cards and reception cards at home on our PS cards. These templates mimic the designs from our beautiful Paper Source wedding invitation suites shown in our stores and online. Our templates will help you properly align your text to a specific card size and will allow blank space to rubber stamp for any design featuring artwork. Please note, we always recommend using an inkjet printer.
Template Size: The rsvp and reception cards in our invitation suites use our 4bar cards. Some at home printers may have difficulty printing directly onto this small card size, so we have provided two template sizes below - a 4bar template, as well as an A7 template which allows you to print 2 response cards onto a single A7 card (a good solution if you are unable to print on our 4bar cards). Printing onto an A7 will require one cut down the center of the card to create 2 cards that are almost exactly the size of our 4bar cards.
RSVP Postcards: Some of our invitation suites show RSVP postcards, which do not require the use of an envelope. The United States Postal Service requires that postcards be at least 3 1/2" x 5" and no larger than 4 1/4" x 6" to qualify for first class postcard rate. Our RSVP postcard templates are made for our A2 cards (our 4bar cards do not meet the minimum size requirement) and include a dotted line showing you where to trim to achieve our postcard size. Please note that postcards may take longer to process through the mail.
Find the invitation suite from which you'd like to print a card and open the Word template that corresponds to the card size you are going to use. Highlight the existing text and type over with your own text. You can add and delete solid lines depending on how many lines are required for your RSVP card. Due to copyright restrictions we are unable to provide the artwork and fonts you see in our designs. Our templates use basic fonts, which you can change in Word or search the web for sites to download free fonts. We've provided an ink color that matches the design of the invitation, which can also be changed. Always print a test on printer paper before printing on your PS cards to ensure your text is properly placed.
Don't forget envelopes and envelope liners!
