During the appointment you and your specialist will work together to create what you need - Whether that's luxe wedding invitations, modern business stationery, or the most fun holiday photo card.
After the appointment your specialist will gather everything you discussed and fine tune all the details. You will receive a proof and can work on any edits from there.
Once edits are completed, your order will be placed! Sit back, relax, and wait for your beautiful product to arrive.

You do not need to be on video for your appointment.
3. What happens during the appointment?
During the appointment, our experts will work with you to establish which items you need, walk you through available designs, print methods, and extra special touches and ensure that all of the choices you make will work within your given timeline. Whether you're looking for luxe wedding invitations, new business stationery, or birthday party invitations, we will make sure that you leave your appointment with something amazing in the works. Have your own design already put together or have an extra unique vision? We’d love to see it and help you bring it to life!
4. What can't the specialists help with?
Our specialists are here to help you complete the personalized order of your dreams. 5. How long of an appointment should I book?
We offer four different types of appointments with our specialists: Wedding Consultation, Stationery Consultation, Party and Event Consultation, and Holiday Consultation. At one hour long, a Wedding Consultation is the lengthiest appointment you can book. Most wedding invitation planning requires the full hour but if you’re just on the hunt for some beautiful stationery or are planning this year’s holiday card, a thirty-minute appointment should be plenty of time.
6. What should I prepare for the appointment?
Ahead of the appointment we encourage you to both gather practical information and start exploring aesthetic inspiration. When you come to your appointment you should know basic information such as quantity needed, budget, and your timeline for receiving your personalized items. You should also have a general idea of what design or style you're looking for. Inspiration is always helpful to us - whether that's from our existing designs, Pinterest, or something you draw up yourself.
7. What happens after I place my order? Can I make changes?
After you’ve placed your order your specialist will pass on your order to our skilled design team. When your designer has created your items, you will receive a proof from them directly and will have the opportunity to work with them to make sure everything in your order is perfect. If you need to make any changes to your order before it goes to production, you’ll be able to do so during this time with the help of your designer and specialist. Once everything is finalized, your order will enter production and be shipped to you once complete.

Whether you are throwing a baby shower, bridal shower, wedding, graduation party, birthday party or celebrating any life event, our Consultants are ready to help you select the perfect invitation, announcement, or custom stationery. They will also assist in selecting matching envelopes, envelope liners, wax seals, and address label to match the overall aesthetic of your moment. After everything is confirmed, they'll help place your order and get it shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Our experts can also help you place orders with our luxe third party designs with Crane and Co. and Smitten on Paper. Crane and Co. is great to explore various font, ink color, border, motif and lining options to create a masterpiece that lets you express yourself authentically. Smitten on Paper combines clean, timeless design with old fashioned printing methods like foil stamping and letterpress to create beautiful stationery and invitations. Due to the intricate nature of each brand, our experts will help coordinate your order with them and ensure a seamless process.
