Ingredients are provided in both forms of measurement for ease of use, regardless of your location. I especially love all the buttercream options. The only problem I had was figuring out where to start and wanting one of everything! I received a complimentary copy from the publisher via NetGalley and all opinions expressed are solely my own, freely given."
