"The planner came damaged. It was crinkled because it got damaged during shipping. I had to go to the store and get a replacement. I’m also not happy with my other order. Some of the items that were shipped were dirty. For instance, the tissue and bag that were sent were dirty. I would appreciate if you would make sure to send items that are not damaged or are dirty. The process to return items was also not easy."
