Made for us in Italy, our luxe white paper is a perfect soft white with 25% cotton. It has a lovely texture that just whispers quality. "My order was wrong, I was given 2 different kinds of envelopes and of course I didn’t notice until they were already addressed so it was too late at that point. Then when trying to seal them shut, they do not seal! It was so frustrating trying to find ways to keep them closed I had to use wall paper glue!! The envelopes are good quality but they don’t work"
