Arrived Damaged
"This was an online order. I purchased 11 packs of A7 Chartreuse Envelopes because they were no longer available in my local stores. The envelopes were delivered in multiple packages over approximately 2 weeks. The deliveries typically contained 1 pack, 2, 3, or 5. Of the 11 packs I received, 5 were discolored, faded, or rumpled. I’ve purchased stationary from your stores and online several times over the years, but this was the first time I received such poor quality. It’s very disappointing because I felt I could always trust Paper Source products to be top notch, but these are unusable. The damage is noticeable, so I wonder why in the first place these envelopes would be shipped in this condition."
