"Who in their right mind thought this would be a good idea? It comes completely unassembled with tiny pieces. My husband and I worked on these for at least 3 hours to put them all together (35 boxes), cursing the whole time. The finished product was cute but absolutely not worth the time and effort to put together. If you want to save your marriage then avoid this product until your kids are old enough to put the boxes together on their own."
"It would have been great if the the product actually arrived. The shipment claims that it attempted delivery while there is no sign on my camera. The rep offered next day expedited shipping but it is scheduled to arrive past the date that I need the products. Another reps said it’ll go to the escalation department with no confirmation, contact, or timeline. Will never order from your site again."
"This is cute but it takes way too long to put together. I was not expecting 2-3 hours to put together Valentine's for one class. Additionally, I paid for express shipping and it came late. Then, when I reached out to the company, never received a response. I would not purchase again."
"I got these for my 10 year old to give her 4th grade class. We worked together through the steps, which took a bit of effort but like most Paper Source projects the steps were clear, the elements were all there and the complexity rating was accurate. This is not a Valentine for littler kids. I see reviews noting the order did not arrive on time - but mine arrived early. I see reviews noting the erasers fell apart - and a few had a hard time holding together, but in a house full of various erasers in this style, that's pretty common. I'd say these are not practical erasers, more for show and gifting. No other kids gave these Valentines so my daughter felt like her hand-work making these was worth it to delight classmates. They were a good non-gender selection as well!"
"Ordered Feb 2 and they never arrived. Tracking said the package was incorrectly routed and then delivery was refused so it was sent back to the seller. 20 min later it said package was received and on the way to the facility. Five days later and no updates…very disappointed."
"Contacted customer service multiple times, told to just wait. The package didn’t even leave paper source until after Valentine’s Day. Disappointed preschooler, frustrated mom with a lot of time wasted. Will never order from here again."
"I never write reviews, but these are the WORST! It's now 1:30 am and it took me the last 2(!) hours to put 10(!) of these together for my daughter's class. The boxes are impossible to put together or hold—we resorted to super glue and tape. The animal erasers come apart right out of the box. The glue dots gum up into sticky balls. There are multiple pieces to punch out. It's infuriating. And I still have 25 to somehow to do for my son's class tomorrow. Cute idea in theory, but I would never, ever recommend! Spent $84+ with shipping and am so embarrassed to send these in for their friends."
"Also came here to say my order never arrived. Shipping label was created a week ago but no further shipping details have been provided. Seems many customers are impacted by the same issue. OnTrac has likely lost an entire shipment."
"Wow so I am now the fourth person who was completely robbed by this company. I ordered these on February 3rd. The tracking still tells me that only a shipping label has been created but nothing else has happened. What a joke. I’ve had to run around like a chicken with my head cut off to get together the valentines for my daughter’s class. Shame on you all. Hard working parents do not deserve this treatment. And worse. Our children do not deserve to suffer from it, yet they are. Despicable."
