Monster Love and Big Truths
"This is such an adorable book. On the surface we meet monsters who do NOT like Valentines Day, and we meet Snoodle, the most adorable monster you ever did see who is out to convince his monster friends that Valentines Day is great. Along the way, they mess up all Snoodle's attempts, from gooping up the Valentine boxes to popping his balloons. But love is patient, kind, isn't quick to anger, doesn't remember mistakes and sees the heart behind the mess. With adorable illustrations and a depth that speaks to the true nature of love, this is a book for all ages."

"Cute and clever, sticker-loving Snoodle snuck up on me with her monster wisdom when she realized, “Love doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes love is just plain fun!” Messy mayhem is a part of life, and it’s easy to get queasy over spilled glue and glitter (shiver!), but while friendships can be messy, love focuses on the monster, not the monstrosity!"

"There are lots of Valentine's books out there, but this one stands out to me because it has such a great (and biblical) message about the true meaning of love. And who doesn't love a good monster story?!? The illustrations are spectacular! Highly recommend this book for your little ones."

Sweet story with a wonderful message
"In “Be My Valenslime,” Snoodle isn’t a typical monster. She loves love and tries her best to show the other monsters how wonderful love is. She plans a special Valentine’s Day party, but her grumpy friends are too “tough” to be interested in anything to do with love. I love how this story reveals the I Corinthians 13:4-7 message of love being patient, kind, etc. What a fun, special, and memorable way to communicate biblical teachings! The illustrations are colorful and entertaining and Snoodle is a great example of determination and perseverance.
