Initials on back did not match name on front
"I got personalized stationary and had edited the file with my full name on the front and initials on the back. But there must have been an error in saving the updated file because the back initials were not what I saw on the website when I submit my order. I talked to customer service and they said they could offer me a 20% discount to reorder the correct initials but given that I spent $200 on my initial order I was hoping to not have to spend another $160 to get what I originally thought I ordered in the first place. I realize they stated the proof they see on their end shows the initials I received but when I submit the order the correct initials that matched the full name is what I thought went through. I understand this is the policy they will not help with replacing even if only one time but was disappointing given the cost of the personalized stationary."
