Some in the batch were messed up
"I ordered 14 journals. 3 of them had significant printing smudges on the front. While customer service was very kind. They informed me that production would be 5 days. I needed them for a graduation that was 10 days out. I did not get the replacements in time."

A smooth transaction.
"I selected the journal and the photo for the cover. I paid for it, and a week later it arrived. It was so good I ordered a planer as a gift for my daughter-in-law."
