Broke Immediately
"I bought this two weeks ago at Barnes and Noble in Utica, NY. I used it for the first time today on the lowest setting and it began cracking on the heat plate after 10 minutes. This is a fire hazard and should be recalled from the shelves, I unplugged it immediately but it is still continuing to crack. I am currently bringing it outside to prevent it from exploding in my face. 0/10 stars."
