Misaligned Letter
"Leaving a review so all future buyers know to use the “transform” editing feature. I chose a letter I wanted to personalize this design with and it was printed at the top of the circle rather than in the middle. After receiving my order and reaching out to them about it, customer service told me I needed to “transform” this design based on the letter of the alphabet selected to ensure it was aligned correctly. Very disappointing coming from a stationary giant. Will be taking my future print orders to small local businesses that will catch and correct this type of design flaw for you."
