"OK so we too were confused by the directions, however we also know that the fur cover won’t melt in the microwave Or anything so you CAN heat it up just like it is and it will be just fine. I promise it won’t break, we heated it for a full minute and it want to hot to wear so in my opinion do one minute then 15 seconds intervals till it’s how you like it, i assume same thing holds true for putting it in the freezer instead of the fridge. Enjoy!"

"I want to use this furry heatable neck wrap but the 'person' who DESIGNED this item is not the same 'person' who MADE it. The instructions don't work. There IS NO removable bead insert to heat. Bummer."

"Really crazy they would write on the directions to remove insert before heating and there is no way to open the cloth with fur cover and that can’t be microwaved and is no longer comfortable when cold. Returning this stupid item asap don’t buy"

Furry Neck Wrap is a great idea, but. . . !

"Bought this neck wrap for my husband who suffers from many kinds of aches. I am sure this could prove very soothing to him, but there are no instructions as to how to """"separate removable bead insert from cover,"""" which must happen to heat the wrap. I wish Paper Source would have provided these instructions because, as I say, I think this could be a truly soothing item and serve its purpose. I can't recommend this product without Paper Source providing instructions for removing the bead insert to microwave the pouch."
