Quality is off
"I’ve ordered the same product for the past 6 years. This hasn’t been an issue before however my batch of A7 luxe white are different quality than before and I think it’s due to maybe a difference in gsm. But due to the paper being less rigid than previously, it changes the interaction of my prints and makes me not want to re purchase paper from Paper Source anymore. I checked the exact other set I ordered but in size A6 and they feel like the past ones, sturdy. So I’m not sure if it’s just a bad batch or recent change in gsm.. Is it possible to be sent the A7 replacement (w/higher gsm), please?"
