Jammed and irreparable within minutes

"I got the tape runner for junk journaling after my dragonfly tape runner ran out. After about it two minutes of use, it got jammed/stopped working. I watched one of the few videos I could find about fixing a tape runner, but the more I tried the worse it got. I also bought a refill with it, and had to just replace it with that after a lot of frustration. The refill worked fine for about 15 minutes until it also got jammed and was irreparable after multiple attempts. So disappointing and a complete waste of money."

"I've owned my original tape runner for almost a decade. It's versatile and works well with delicate paper (Paper Source stone, wrapping, etc. ) and envelopes / craft paper. The bonus is that you can refill. I was rough and broke my cover - so be careful when opening it."
