Love the Hand-Made Papers - Shipping can be a problem
"I love the hand-made papers that Paper Source offers. I usually purchase them in a local Paper Source store. This time I purchased a large selection of hand-made papers on their website. When the box was delivered, it was a over sized box and the hands-made papers were rolled up without any protective packing of any kind around the rolled papers to prevent damage as the papers banged around inside the box during shipping. When I reached out to customer service 2/times explaining how I received my hand-made papers & sent pictures, they offered no resolution to the problem and did not even acknowledge the poor packing of the hand-made papers that cost me over $100. At purchase. Very Disappointing in the company and how they handled this problem."
