"I paid for express shipping, and the holiday cards I ordered arrived nearly two weeks later, too late to be used this year. Customer service was time consuming — I was on the phone for at least 20 minutes — and the only option that was given to me was to ship back the items after I received it, taking up more of my time and effort. I am extremely disappointed with Paper Source."
