If only it stayed together

"I received these as a Christmas gift, using them only for puzzle books one is already unusable because the end pops out as soon as the top touches the paper, sending the ink cartridge flying out the top of the pen. Very disappointed in the quality for the price of these pens"

My favorite pens

"I love these pens. I know others have issues with them breaking, but I have several models. I have the S/2 in olive and this terracotta color, have had them for over a year. Just purchased some retractable ones and they also work great. I don't lend them out though because people try to steal mine. Its sad that there is inconsistencies for other customers, but my experiance with the brand and products has been very positive."
