"This does have spoilers. Look if you want to read a doawk book that is memorable. Read Hard Luck or Rodrick Rules but over all this book is pretty boring I mean like there is so much stuff going on that you basically need to keep a pencil and notebook just to remember what's going on. Also the whole pokemon rare card thing is so predictable I saw it coming from the first time Greg writes about. Also I feel like these books are getting more and more chaotic after each book. I mean we had the whole school getting shut down in No Brianer and this book really feels like it fails as far as comedy and good writing"

it’s getting old tbh
"im not a greg fan persay but him getting smacked in the face and not really learning or developing over and over is getting pretty old"
— Rodick (1/5)
Disappointing
"The ENTIRE book is Greg talking about how birthdays are celebrated, and other arbitrary information. It takes 150+ pages to actually get to his birthday and there is no plot development in the whole book. Not that I was expecting much from Jeff’s 20th book, but it’s sad to see a childhood favorite series falling off in this way. It’s feeling like there’s no effort being put in anymore."

Cool cover
"The book comes out tomorrow so I don’t know if it will be good or not, but I have a feeling it’ll be good. I will add more to this review after I read this book."
