Wrong paper type
"I ordered 2 cardstock bulk packs, and received one cardstock pack and one text weight pack. HIGHLY disappointing and incredibly inconvenient. I didn't notice until I was halfway through making my wedding invitations and opened the second pack of paper - now I will be delayed in getting my invites out. The cardstock pack also came already ripped open and some of the paper was dirty, so I had to make sure I fed it through the printer on the correct side. The paper that isn't dirty is beautiful, but overall experience is very poor."
