"Firstly I understood this was a blind box item, however when it said 'Angel Snack Time' I thought I'd be receiving the most current edition. It was listed as in stock at multiple local stores and I tried ordering it for pickup only to have multiple orders canceled. Then when I finally ordered it online the package got misdirected in transit taking several days longer than stated. As a matter of fact the estimated shipping date constantly changed. When the item finally arrived it was wrong. The warehouse had sent old versions of the item effectively deceiving me to clear our their shelf space. I contacted customer service which is mostly chatbots and a miserable process. They state they are sending replacements but we shall see if they don't send the old stock again. I have little faith after this experience and wont be ordering through barnes and noble often if ever again."
