"Because I received a digital copy to review, I can't speak to the quality of the pages, or how well they would work for the intended use. There's also no indication of where the metallic imprints would be/are. The images are mostly of a floral/vintage variety, which was a little surprising based on the cover. A lot of the images appear to be from other historic sources, which is a neat idea for a beginner still trying to find their footing. The back of all the pages is the exact same pattern, which is the reason for the lower review. I think that there could have been more of an effort to add additional textures/colors/patterns on the back sides, but have maybe 8-10 pages of each backing type. There will inevitably be pages/images that the user won't love, and it's a bummer to have them be effectively wasted because there's nothing worth using on the backsides."
