How to Use: Unscrew the fountain pen tip and pull the cartridge out. Flip the cartridge around and click into place to activate the cartridge. Reassemble the fountain pen tip and barrel, and hold tip-down to let the ink saturate the pen nib. Your pen is now ready to use!

"Cartridges I still haven’t found the replacement cartridges yet (beyond the ones that came in the box) but I can tell you it is NOT the following Amazon options a 3. 4mm ASVINE, 2inch 51mm length, 3. 4mm ID, 5mmOD, and it is NOT a W&B brand 2. 3inch Length, ID . 11, OD 1. 5in. 2” looks to be the correct length but the inner diameter needs to me smaller than 5mm"

"I’m having the same problem everybody is they sell these pens, but you can’t find replacement in cartridges. I really think Barnes & Noble needs to look into this because that feels a bit like a scam."

Found the ink!

"The ink cartridges are hidden in the base of the pen. Unscrew the nib, bonk the base upside down on a table and the ink will fall out. You have to punch/push the depressed hole up into the back of the nib to puncture it and get the ink flowing. I’m still on a hunt for the refills."
