burry stamp result

"the stamp pad is much too juicy and contribute to the burry stamp result. Results are alpha letters with enclosed circles such as 'a' are filled in with ink. The ink pad doesn't fully ink the pad because part of the larger letters are not inked even after multiple stamp actions towards priming the stamp. The stamp never is fully inked. Very disappointed."

"I want to love my custom stamp but unless I carefully and forcefully press the plate against the ink before each use I get a partial print that isn’t useful. Everything is installed as instructed but I get a really poor quality stamp unless I press the plate against the ink."
