Product great - no instructions on installation

"I had a 3 Designing Women address stamp for 20 years. After a move, I bought the address part of the stamp. Despite instructions (also very small print) I could not replace it. I went to the physical Paper Source store and they were great and got it installed. Then I needed the ink replacement. I ordered that from PS online and my review is about this product. There were NO instructions on how to put it in. . and avoid getting "inky" in the process. I went back to the Paper Source store and once again, they fixed me up. They are GREAT! I gave the product 3 stars because it came with no instructions. The product itself it fine."
