Have patience and don't jump to conclusions

"A nicely illustrated story about pumpkins, that can grow in many different sizes and colour. The story teaches children that, although pumpkins are easy to grow, they do take a while to get started. So, patience is required. Children are also taught that you should not jump to conclusions, and assume something has been stolen, just because you cannot immediately find it. And being concerned about and generous to friends. The illustrations are bright and simple, but the animals all have such wonderful expressions on their faces (even those in the background). At the back are some facts about pumpkins and how they can be used."
