This July marked our fourth year participating in Female Strong's IDEA Camp. We had two creative sessions making vision boards, talking about color and sharing our passions!
Female Strong® is a 501c3 non-profit organization and a community of committed individuals that offer hands-on programs, mentorship, and experiences that build confidence in middle and high school girls. They support the inclusion of all girl, trans, gender-fluid and non-binary youth as they help propel them to become future leaders. By empowering young women with the skills they need early in life, they are equipping them to realize their potential, and preempt the inequities that exist for women in the workplace today.
We were excited to not only join virtually, but at long last have campers join us in person at our corporate office in downtown Chicago once again! Together we made vision boards to help them manifest their goals as they explored this year's theme: Turning Passion into Action. Meeting with these young women every year always gives us a jolt of energy and reminds us what it means to be curious, optimistic and passionate.
