Subscription Box Terms & Conditions

Please review these Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data, as well as your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms.

1. Seasonal Subscriptions

A Seasonal Subscription (also referred to as "Subscription") consists of an initial Seasonal Box (also referred to as "Box," "Subscription Box" or "Lifestyle Box") and an additional Box sent out quarterly thereafter—Spring (shipping in February), Summer (May), Fall (August) and Winter (November). Each Box contains an assortment of gift, stationery, food and lifestyle consumer products selected by the Paper Source merchant team. Each Box may not contain all of the said product categories. If you sign up for a Seasonal Subscription, your card will be authorized for $199.80 once to confirm your card then you will be charged $49.95 quarterly (as a nonrefundable purchase) when your Box ships. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $49.95 at the time of shipment for each Box (four times a year). Your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your original order date (after you've had your subscription for a year). Unless you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be charged as described above through the life of your subscription.

2. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are considered annual. Annual subscriptions automatically renew. If you'd like to cancel your Subscription after receiving your fourth (4th) box, make sure to do so before the 15th of the month prior to receiving your next box; otherwise you will be billed for the next box. There are no cancellation fees. We do not place "holds" or "skips" on Subscriptions. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must contact us at customerservice@papersource.com and request the cancellation.

3. Return Policy

All Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of the Box, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email at customerservice@papersource.com within four (4) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Paper Source.

4. Shipping

We offer free standard U.S. shipping. We ship using FedEx and, depending on the weight and destination of the package, FedEx may partner with the United States Postal Service for final delivery. Your Box may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the Box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing your shipping address. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
