Each quilled card has been carefully handcrafted by artisans in Vietnam who enjoy practicing the skill of quilling and creating three-dimensional greeting cards. On average, it takes about one hour for each card to be made. The majority of quilling artists are women, all of whom have been trained and employed by a certified Fair Trade Federation organization.
